Profile ("node") information. To personalize the Service and power the consensus engine, you may provide profile details such as your general location, the teams you follow, the news sources you use, your experience level, your style, and the leagues and conferences you care about.
Your picks and activity. We collect the picks you submit (including side, market, and confidence), your saved history and scorecard, and your interactions with the Service.
Technical information. We automatically collect basic technical data such as device and browser type, IP address, and usage information, including through cookies and similar technologies.
When you make a pick, it may contribute to the hive's aggregate consensus for that game or market — for example, the count of members on each side and the resulting percentage. These outputs are aggregate figures. We do not display your handle next to your individual pick to other members as part of the hive consensus. Your own complete history and scorecard remain visible to you in your account.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
Your information is stored with our third-party cloud infrastructure and hosting providers. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can update much of your profile in the app, and you can request access or deletion by contacting us at support@qurobet.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access and deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. The Service incorporates sports data from third-party sources (which may include nflverse / nflreadpy, College Football Data, and The Odds API). This Policy covers how we handle your personal information and does not govern those third parties' practices.
