These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and QuroBet Inc., a Delaware corporation ("QuroBet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the QuroBet website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for residents of the United States; we make no representation that it is appropriate or available elsewhere.
QuroBet provides sports analytics and an information platform. This includes statistical analysis, historical data, situational context, and a "hive" feature that aggregates the independent calls of members into a consensus view. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
QuroBet is not a sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, or gambling operator, and is not a licensed financial or investment advisor. We do not accept, place, broker, or settle bets; we do not handle wagering funds; and we do not offer odds for the purpose of taking action. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, guarantee, or promise of any outcome or financial result. Any decision to wager is made by you, at your own risk, with a third party, and subject to the laws of your jurisdiction. Past performance of any data, member, or consensus does not predict future results.
To use certain features you must create an account with a valid email and a chosen handle. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All analysis, projections, consensus figures, records, and other outputs are estimates based on data that may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any information is correct, current, or profitable, and nothing on the Service constitutes betting, financial, legal, or tax advice. You agree that you alone are responsible for evaluating the information and for any decisions you make.
Some features are free and others may require a paid subscription. Where paid features are offered, the price, billing interval, and what is included will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with notice before your next renewal. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and your use of payment features is also subject to that processor's terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal gambling; (b) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service, or use bots or automated means except as we expressly permit; (c) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our written permission; (d) reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its security; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; or (f) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.
When you submit picks, profile information, or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of it. You grant QuroBet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, and display your User Content to operate and improve the Service — including incorporating your picks into aggregate consensus ("hive") outputs and into anonymized or de-identified analytics. The hive shows aggregate figures (such as how many members are on each side and the resulting consensus); it does not publish your handle next to your individual pick to other members. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and original data compilations, and the QuroBet name and marks, are owned by QuroBet or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
The Service incorporates data from third-party sources, which may include nflverse / nflreadpy, College Football Data (CFBD), and The Odds API, among others. That data is provided by those sources and may be subject to their own terms; we do not warrant its accuracy. The Service may link to third-party sites and services, which we do not control or endorse.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUROBET AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR GAMBLING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuroBet from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved. Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, you and QuroBet agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; you and QuroBet waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision will be void as to that claim and resolved in court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
